So far I’ve been to 15 days without a cigarette, this kit helped so much. I have to stop several times in the past and it’s easier the first week without cigarettes I’ve ever had. The pills are discrete (as opposed to chew something to control cravings) and easy to use. I felt good all week. The instructions specify that only the pills for the first week, but you get more than you need for one week. I still occasionally take for the cravings when I’m in a stressful situation. A very good product. Rating: 5.4
