There are many techniques you can use to help you become less stressed. Find the things that work for you and then put them into practice. The hardest time when it comes to quitting is right when you start. It will take about 72 hours for the harshest effects to go away. This is why you can’t go about it blindly and you have to plan your attack if you hope to quit.
If you really want to quit smoking, you will get all your friends and family to rally around you. The non-smokers will be enthused that you are quitting for good, and the smokers in your life will be jealous for sure. There may even be a friend or family member who wants to join you in your quitting efforts. You will find it easier to quit that way because each of you will have someone to lean on during this trying time. You’ll want to quit smoking right away before it’s way too late.
